Practice from the comfort of your home! All of FWY In Studio classes are offered virtually through the Live Stream Zoom app, download this free app for Apple here, or Android here. Live Stream classes require a registration of at least 30 minutes prior to class to receive an email from LiveStream@FibrofitWellness.net with your Zoom link code, register for a class here or download the free MINDBODY app. Students with a web camera on will be seen by the instructor. The students will be able to interact with the teacher and other students. When class begins, the teacher will mute all students to eliminate background noise.
