Please download the MINDBODY App to easily pay and register for classes.
Our In Studio classes require you to preregister online before your arrival. No drop-ins will be allowed.

Please wear your mask when arriving and leaving the studio (in the lobby), the masks are not required during your Yoga practice. You are free to remove the mask once you are on your mat.
​
Mats are 7 to 8 ft apart. Please place your mat on the designated areas.
Class size limited to 5 students.
Students must bring their own Yoga Mat and props.
