Be one of our 12 students accepted into this program. The program will be from August - January, meeting twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 6pm. Goals of this Program
Whether your intention is to become a yoga teacher or deepen your own practice, this program is designed to inspire a full understanding and a complete experience of yoga. Our Hatha based Yoga Teacher Training will give you a great foundation for understanding the 8 Limbs of Yoga, how to develop an effective and safe class, understand what it means to be a Yoga Teacher, receive exposure to Ayurveda and the Chakras, and much more! Each session will include a Mediation, Pranayama, and Asana practice, helping to build a Toolbox of Meditations and Sequences throughout the program. Upon graduation of this program, you will feel confident and comfortable leading a class through Asana, Meditation and Pranayama. There are 12 main modules in this program - 1. The History of Yoga, 2. Yoga Philosophy, 3. Meditation, 4. Pranayama, 5. Asana, 6. Teaching the Poses, 7. Class Creation, 8. Qualities of a Yoga Teacher, 9. Anatomy, 10. Wellness, 11. Bonus Workshop - Ayurveda and Chakras, and the 12. The Business of Yoga.

Dr. Yarisa Bonet
Dr. Bonet is the owner and founder of Fibrfofit Wellness & Yoga. As a Dr. of Fibromyalgia, she found stress caused a lot of triggers for her patients, taking a holistic approach, she now offers many wellness services to combat and relieve the stresses of everyday life. She holds a Master of Science - Mental Health & Rehabilitation Counseling, currently completing her 300 Hour RYT, Certified in Emotional Intelligence, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Certified Life & Talent Coach, Certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Certified in Psychiatric Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Kidding Around Yoga Teacher.
Kristina Coleman has been teaching Yoga in Orlando, Fl for the past 13 years. After completing a 1 year internship with Sri Sir Yoga Master, Amy Wu, in Taipei, Taiwan, she came back to the states to attend the Discovery Yoga Center's School in St. Augustine, Fl where she was certified in the Kripalu Tradition. Owing a Yoga and Massage Studio from 2012 - 2016, and now offering Consulting Services to Yoga Studios and Teachers, Kristina will be a great resource for finding your teaching passion and launching your new and exciting career!

Cost of Program - $3,000 (pay upfront or 6 month installment plan, no refunds will be issued after program start date)

Iyengar, Power Yoga by Beryl Birch Bender, Yoga: Spirit and Practice of Moving Into Stillness by Erich Schiffman, Teaching Yoga by Donna Farhi, Anatomy Coloring Book by Wynn Kapit and Lawrence Elson, The Key Muscles of Yoga: Scientific Keys, Volume 1 by Ray Long, and the Key Poses of Yoga: Scientific Keys, Volume II by Ray Long, plus a 5 month Subscription to Yogaglo and Muscle&Motion.
*No more than 2 absences will be permitted. Makeup sessions will include reading all contents of the lectures missed from the Student Manual, plus meeting with a Lead Teacher to gather missed materials.
